Cancellation / Exchange Policy

* We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Inner Wear Products Not Eligible for Return.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If Before place order Kindly Refer our Size Chart in Description page or Product View Catalogue Page Match your Size as given Our Size All are Measured by inches Once Refer Choose Right Size then place to Order Avoid Size Issues Exchange's After Received your Product.

* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return Items package shipping cost will be done by the customer side, with the respective Delivery Partner which we suggested for the return. And Return & Exchange not accept our Retail Shop Only for Exchange through online procedure.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

* We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. More over Refund only Accepted for if Product Defect & Courier Damages or Courier lost otherwise Size issue only for Exchange . If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CANCELLATION POLCIY:

* Customers can Request their order within 12 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier.

* Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
