Shipping policy

We currently do not offer international shipping due to high freight and customs duty charges.

However, we can deliver orders within India if you arrange a receiver in India. The receiver can then carry or forward the product when they travel to your destination.

In such cases, we will deliver the order to the provided Indian address and do the needful to ensure smooth delivery.

  After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation message on your registered WhatsApp number.Before dispatch, Our team will send a dispatch confirmation, subject to the availability of the same design and size you have ordered.Please note:

  • This difference may occur due to outdoor photography lighting, camera effects, and your device’s screen brightness/settings.

  Product Availability & Alternate Selection Policy :Sometimes, the same design you ordered may not be available due to our manual inventory process. We are actively working to integrate an ERP-based stock inventory system in the future to ensure you receive the exact item and size ordered.In case an item is not available before dispatch:
  • Our team will contact you via WhatsApp.
  • You may choose an alternate design from the same category and material.
  • The price will remain the same as your original order.
  • You may also select the same design in another available color, if applicable.
